- Due to the high corrosion Heat resistive wires are widely used in the thermistor and heater to withstand the temperature. Metallic resistance heating elements may be wire or ribbon, straight or coiled.
- The Ceramic Cartridge Heater is a powerful little beast of a heater. Get rid of fragile and poor tolerance enamel resistors and switch to a purpose made high power ceramic heater.
- Increase the reliability of your extruder with this heater cartridge. Also, it heats up faster. It fits nicely in our extruder, so it’s an easy replacement. Get your hot end hot quickly and hit the highest of temperatures. Comes with a meter of silicone insulated high-temperature wire.
- Cartridge heater 40W consist of a cylindrical stainless steel tube and thus provide a high corrosion prevention. The heating wire inside which is wound onto a ceramic core. The choice of coils varies depending at the power, and provide an excellent uniform distribution of heat, which considerably increases the long life of the heater in addition to prevents the oxidation of the heater wire even at high temperatures.
